Dog-friendly beaches in Essex
The dog rules for 23 beaches from Harwich round to Southend, beach by beach. 6 allow dogs all year. Most of the others close all or part of the beach to dogs from 1 May to 30 September, and every beach in Southend is closed to dogs in summer.
