Dog-friendly beaches in Sussex
The dog rules for 54 beaches from West Wittering to Camber, beach by beach. 32 allow dogs all year. Most of the others close all or part of the beach to dogs from 1 May to 30 September, and in Hastings the ban starts on 1 April. In Brighton and Hove, dogs are allowed in summer only on the signed dog-friendly beaches.
