Dog-friendly beaches in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight

The dog rules for 28 beaches from Barton on Sea to Hayling Island, plus the Isle of Wight, beach by beach. 19 allow dogs all year. Portsmouth, Hayling Island, Lee-on-the-Solent, Stokes Bay and Salterns Beach close all or part of the beach to dogs from 1 May to 30 September. Lepe and Compton Bay have their own landowner rules, and the New Forest coast has no council beach bans.
